FaxBase was done due to the fact that we wanted a standard form for faxes in the office and due to the fact that Apple does not allow for a cover sheet in the AppleFax software.
This simple \little data base also gives you a way to save your faxes after you send them and to find any fax at a future time.
If you do not use an Apple Fax Modem, as I do, you can use this to print out a fax form with message on your printer, whatever it may be.
Just remember to select "current record being browsed" in the print dialog or you will print out all your faxes at one time.
